Things I learned today…
Oh, how I missed concerts! We went to see Gary Allan at Horseshoe Casino, and it was a blast! So good!
Yep, I played some Craps, too, but I didn’t win. It was super fun, though.
After all that, we opted for Waffle House, and it was a shit show as always. Anytime you go to Waffle House in our town, expect to see, hear, and probably get involved in it all. Cops had come. Place was packed. A few people were complaining. All the tables full. People standing around waiting. Cooks cooking. Waffle mix all over the floor. Grill sizzling. Jukebox playing. And an old man was playing a guitar and singing. Never a dull moment.
Note to self. If you’re going to the casino, don’t wash your hair. It’s a wasted effort. You’ll smell like cigarette smoke the nanosecond you walk in.
I’m going to bed LATE…and happy. Keith is an awesome concert buddy.
