Let go of the crap.

Funny, isn’t? Funny to think about your old self, or maybe what the rest of the world is still doing, when you decide to be completely done with…

Stupid crap.

Fake crap.

Meaningless crap.

Other people’s crap.

Political crap.

Crap that ain’t my business.

Dramatic crap.

Pretentious crap.

It’s the biggest challenge of all – liberating yourself from all that does not add to your life, benefit you, or strengthen your relationships. But man…when you start trying and get a taste of it…it’s funny to think about the world and the people you are leaving behind.

They’re still at it. Dealing with the crap.

I’m far from reform, but I’m doing SO MUCH BETTER letting go of crap. It’s hard. But it does feel like I’ve pulled away from that world, and I do tend to notice in other people probably what I was doing – spinning around, constantly doing emotional gymnastics, and putting up with crap.

Not now. Not anymore. Let the crap go, Y’all. You’re carrying enough.
