Things I learned today…
I wrote a blog post today about being nice despite differences. Speaking of differences…
Keith scrapes all the icing off. I LOVE icing.
In my morning misery, I don’t even turn on the light to take a shower. Keith turns on all the lights in the house in the morning.
Keith’s shower water is so scalding hot, it would take the brass off a door knob. My water is warm-hot.
I may not think about eating until 2:00 pm. Keith LOVES breakfast and probably wishes I got up and cooked every morning.
Keith’s socks get so strewn about that if they were every reunited with the same mate it would be purely serendipitous. I put my socks together before I put them in the laundry.
I like a little pepper. Keith puts so much pepper on his food sometimes that you can’t identify his actual food.
We’re have many differences, but the list of common goals, shared convictions, and mutual beliefs is much longer. He’s the best.
That’s all. We learn every day, don’t we?
