Creating Peace, Love & Joy #1

I’m working this week to CREATE a little more peace, love, and joy by making some adjustments here and there to my daily habits. I’ll share what I’m doing and how it’s going every day this week.

Here’s the first one…

I turned off my email notifications.

It might seem super small, but I get a TON of work emails each day and at all hours. By turning notifications off, I won’t feel like work is always hitting me up (like constantly!), I won’t feel compelled to stop what I’m doing and see what it is, and I’ll be able to stay focused on whatever I’m doing until I AM READY to devote time to emails.

I’ve also unsubscribed from at least a dozen email blasts I’ve been getting that are no longer relevant. I mean, duh, right?! That’s a no-brainer step toward reducing notifications and email clutter.

I’ll keep you posted on how it’s going. I didn’t think I could do it, but I’ve had them off for about 3 days now, and I’m pretty sure I love it.
