Things I learned today…

I saw a post a while ago that said, “Audacity is at an all time high.” Ain’t that the truth?

Today was one of those days where I had so much to do, and I stayed really focused and worked hard, but I ran out of day.

Brady and I had a lively discussion tonight about our pet peeves. Turns out, a lot of stuff pets our peeves.

You know you wear black too much when you actually wear a nice looking, colorful shirt and literally everybody compliments it. Yeah, thanks, Folks.

I’m not sure how to get more followers on this blog, but it would sure be nice if there was. I think the single biggest rave review is when somebody tells me how much they relate or I help them. I love that! I hope so!

I set some goals for myself this week, and today I failed at two of them. Just that quick. I learned that you can set goals, but if you don’t prepare and put in place what you need to reach them, you’ll fail. That’s where I went wrong. Goals without preparation are just hopes.

I think I get more frustrated with myself, not because I fall short, but because I am not ready. If I don’t do the leg work, I can’t expect to accomplish the thing.

I swear, one day I’m going to write a post and not change a single thing that autocorrect decides, and you can have fun deciphering the gibberish.

Just say “gibberish”. It’s fun. I bet you can’t work it into a sentence tomorrow. Bet.

I miss my friend, Mary Phillips. (Y’all, in Mississippi, you get 2 names.) And I miss Carissa, too. (She’s from Arkansas…only 1 name.)

That’s all. We learn every day, don’t we?
