Things I learned today…
No matter where we go, if my kids find animals, they’re good to go. They rode a horse today, played with chickens, caught a few quail, chased goats, and they were over the moon.
I made mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, corn casserole, and green bean casserole to take to our Thanksgiving Extravaganza today. The dressing, turkey, everything…all so good!
I’m glad we have a holiday for gratitude, but I’ll tell you…you have to be actively busy LOOKING for things to be grateful for on the regular to have joy in your life.
I tear up a little every year when the Rockettes perform in the Macy’s parade. Love!
We brought THE most precious 4 year old home with us to play after Thanksgiving with the fam. It’s odd having a little dude in our house, but it’s so fun. He’s a mess! You have never met a little guy this sweet who loves horses, horses, horses and all things roping like he does.
Today was good. I feel like I’ll be jumping back into the blender tomorrow, and that sucks. I need more time.
That’s all. We learn every day, don’t we?
